With over two decades of professional experience, Lesther brings deep expertise across audit, bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, regulatory compliance, and management consulting.
His career began in a key supervisory role at a respective firm where he managed a diverse portfolio of clients in the securities and financial sectors, gaining hands-on experience and developing the foundation for his long-term success in the field.
During his tenure, he also served as a compliance auditor for major development initiatives, including the Philippines-Australia Community Assistance Program (PACAP) and USAID-funded grants to NGOs across the Philippines.
Since the founding of Estavillo & Company CPAs in 2016, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm's direction and expanding its services. His leadership includes overseeing governance, driving new business opportunities, and representing the firm in key industry events, community programs, and professional networks.
