We are looking for a skilled and driven Audit Supervisor to lead audit engagements, manage client expectations, and mentor junior team members. This role is ideal for a licensed CPA with strong technical knowledge, leadership potential, and a track record in a reputable audit firm.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and review audit engagements
- Guide and coach junior auditors
- Assess internal controls, perform risk-based testing, and ensure compliance
- Client communication
- Ensure accurate and timely reports and documentation
Must Have
- CPA license in good standing
- At least 3 years of experience in a reputable firm
- Strong understanding of audit and financial reporting standards
- Experience in leading or supervising audit teams
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Client-facing experience and stakeholder management skills
- Background in handling engagements for multiple industries
- Exposure to SEC-registered or multinational client audits
- Strong mentoring or team development abilities
